Based on your plan there is a maximum number of books that can be in your store. Once you reach this number, you cannot add any more books unless you change your plan. It is possible for a book to have multiple revisions, formats (ePUB3/PDF/Audio), or types (Reflowable/Fixed layout/Interactive). Each of these is considered a separate title.
Licenses are like passes that let you use a book. Every time a user gets a book, whether they buy it, rent it, or add it for free to their library, it's considered as a license. If you use more licenses than your plan allows, you won't lose access to PUBNiTO immediately. Instead, you might have to pay an extra fee according to our Terms and Conditions.
The store owner is the user with the highest level of authority over the store. Only the owner has access to the Admin Console and has the right to publish books. Only the store owner can determine Admins and Vendors. Admins have full access to the Publishing Panel but not the admin console. A vendor, also known as a bookseller, is any account that can only add books to the store and has a financial relationship with the store owner. Vendors have access to the publishing panel with limited features compared to owners. With PUBNiTO's Grow and Enterprise plans, you can turn your bookstore into a marketplace where multiple vendors can sell their books.
Yes, PUBNiTO stores are multilingual. You have full control over how to customize different fields and menus via the Publishing Panel and add translations in any language based on your subscription plan limitations.

To ensure the safety of your books, we offer two protection options. Advanced Protection keeps your books in all formats (PDF, EPUB, Audiobook) secure in our native apps, utilizing security protocols from EDRLab. Due to EDRLab standards, they can only be accessed using native applications since web readers are not secure enough. On the other hand, Basic Protection (available only for EPUB) allows your book to be accessible on the web as well as our native apps, but with simpler security measures. This way, you can choose the option that suits you best, finding the right balance between safety and ease of access.

PUBNiTO's content team evaluates the layout and format of your files and then issues an invoice. Gift cards are applied to invoices.
